- The rebeldrop now restocks items much faster than before
- The grapple range has been increased by 50%
- You can now have twice as many tethers and C4 at once as before, this applies to all upgrade levels
- The booster explosives II upgrade now lets your C4 boosters burn infinitely
- The default C4 button for keyboared/mouse has been changed back to 4
- The lights on tethers now change colour based on tension, as it used to in pre-release builds
- Green for low tension
- Once tension starts increasing, the colour transitions from yellow to red based on the amount
- You can now attach tethers to other things while you’re in a car
- Retracting your tethers works as well You can toggle this feature on and off by pressing F1
- The Sky Fortress can now be re-opressed, so you can re-play it like any other military base
- Level 1 now acts like the original level
- The overall strength has been increased for both levels
- Much of Rico’s movement has been overhauled
- Rico will no longer shoot the grapple when he misses midair
- You can now stunt on vehicles at steeper angles without falling off
- The wingsuit top speed and floatiness has been increased, as well as the airbrake
- Higher wingsuit and parachute manoeuvrability and faster reel-in
- Faster skydiving, more mid-air control and higher jump based on Rico’s velocity
- The bavarium wingsuit rockets now act similar to Just Cause 4
- It shoots a rocket that splits up into multiple ones
- They can even be individually aimed, just like the regular fire-leech
- Increased the time it takes for the wingsuit camera to auto-alignment
- Added a spawn menu to the pause screen that lets you
- Spawn in vehicles, weapons, props, NPCs (wip)
- Trigger cutscenes
- Replay missions (backup your save file before doing this lol)

- The previously unused police aspects have been returned
- The police officer and captain NPCs now appear in pursuits
- The military now also uses the neglected police car, that has been restored to its former glory

- Time of day when the game starts up is now more varied
- Laguna Blast is now a lot less unforgiving and you get 10 extra seconds to finish it
- Train missile carts now only fire at aircraft
- The rebeldrop is now delivered by cargoplane

- Swimming pools are now filled with water
- Main characters will now show up outside of missions. You can even call most of them into your car, drive around and hunt some bad guys
- Mario will show up at his house, alongside Granmatre
- Mario’s car is now finally done as well and it’s better than ever. Go give it a try!
- Annika, Teo and Looch now show up at the rebel cove on Insula Dracon
- Rosa now helps plan things in Refugio Umbra
- Pierce (the intro pilot) has settled down in the rebel cove in Soros
- The variation of wildlife has been increased
- There are now twice as many fish species in the ocean and lakes
- Cows now have a second species variation
- Scorpions now appear around Medici

- Locations transitions have been made much smoother, now you won’t notice far away low res models for towns, cities, bases, etc as much as before
- High quality trees now appear way further away than before, the 2d ones are now barely noticable
- The now very far away 2D trees you still see have been reverted to the better looking visuals from a beta build

- The game’s model budget size was increased, fixing the rare disappearing parts issues if a lot of stuff is going on at once
- Fixed wind turbine debris being red instead of yellow
- Fixed the little general’s missing bullet impact effect

- Bike handling has been massively improved
- Vehicle variety has been increased across all of Medici
- The abandoned police car has been restored
- It received a texture overhaul to restore it to a fresh state, as could be seen in pre-release screenshots
- Using the horn now uses the siren
- Medium to small sized vehicles have had their camera adjusted to let you look up more so you can more easily fire tethers
- Some cars that appear in traffic/parked now come with nitrous, turbojump or both, making the slower vehicles actually worth using
- Military vehicles now once again have their unused antennas
- The Autostraad Reisender and Weimaraner W3 now show up in traffic
- Using the horn in the ambulance, now sounds the siren
- The Nashorn 6100 minitruck now comes in 3 colours: Its default white, a dark grey as seen in pre-release videos and JC4’s yellow

AI has been used in a few of places, these include:
- Editing/converting info in a handful of very large files and assistance in editing handling for two vehicles using ChatGPT
- Upscaling some Just Cause 2 item textures using imgupscaler.com
- Translated item descriptions into other languages using DeepL
Known issues
A few currently known include:
- If you are using the unlimited C4 booster gearmod and place all C4 and trigger the boost, you are unable to place more C4 since the they technically never explode
> You have to trigger a game reload to get them back, this can be done in ESCAPE -> Sandbox menu -> Luke’s extras -> reload world - Entering Sheldon’s RV sometimes crashes the game. I have previously fixed the issue, but it decided to return and I have no idea what causes it now
- Depending on your PC, you may experience a slight increase in crashes in some areas due to the increased rendering distance of bases and towns
> If it gets too bad, you can disable this. Go into dropzone -> locations and delete “world.bin”, then rename “world fallback.bin” to “world.bin”
